According to Swedish law (Distansavtalslagen), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days (14 dagar) of receiving the product, without giving any reason. This right applies to products purchased online.

For consultation services, refunds may be available if:
Digital products and downloadable content are generally non-refundable once accessed, unless there is a technical issue that prevents proper access or use.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order.
